Kia Exploring Low Cost Electric Cars in India, with Hyundai

Hyundai might have just launched a fairly expensive Kona, but that doesn’t deter its group company Kia Motors to explore launching a lower priced electric car in India.

Kia Motors already has some products for hybrid, plug-in-hybrid, electric vehicle and fuel cell vehicles which are being sold globally. Which of these, or the variant of which of these, it plans to launch in India is not clear yet.

What is clear is its intention.
