Just to add my 2ct to this: In Germany the feed-in tariff is a complex thing and can easily be understood in a wrong way.It was pointed out that: "Advanced countries such as Germany and the US have multiple tariff system based on the exposure of a particular region to solar radiation."Fact is that the feed in tariff in Germany is depending on the size of the installation and not on the exposure of a particular region. After spending the last week in Chennai I am now back at my office in Germany. Outside temperature is about 15°C, it rains and the sky is cloudy. Typical summer in Germany. Hi,if you work with concentrator cells, you need a accuracy of 1MOA (minute of angle). I guess you can't just do this with a IC and a given software. Draeger (very famous for tracking systems in Europe) has a individual tracking for each single tracker. The tracker follows the sun but if the sky is cloudy, it will search for the "sweet spot" with the most irradiation. -more»
