Narasimhan Santhanam
Cofounder and Director
Narasimhan Santhanam is one of the founders of EAI and serves as its director who guides the company in strategy and promotions.
Narasimhan has extensive experience in understanding renewable energy markets and strategic levers for success in these markets. His special focus has been his work on the Indian renewable energy industry. His work in the past 15 years in India and the UK has spanned market and strategic consulting, industry research, product management and international sales.
His work for the Indian renewable energy industry has focused on providing business intelligence, strategic consulting and opportunity analysis to entrepreneurs, top management and businesses expanding into renewable energy. He, along with his team, has been acting as a catalyst for creating awareness about renewable energy and sustainability in India.

Narasimhan has a B.Tech in Aerospace Engineering from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology Madras (IITM) & an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta (IIMC)
Manohar Namasivayam
Cofounder and Advisor
Manohar Namasivayam started EAI along with Narsi Santhanam and has been helping EAI as its strategic advisor since its inception.
Manohar has over thirty years experience in a variety of fields related to consumer research, advertising and sales. He has handled assignments for clients in India and abroad and has been a serial entrepreneur who has launched successful businesses in India, in the fields of consumer research, advertising, product promotions and online marketing.
Manohar’s work on niche, emerging cleantech opportunities has made the EAI team one of the few teams in the world that has an excellent understanding of over a hundred emerging, diverse cleantech opportunities, many of which are completely unknown to even the most aspiring businesses and entrepreneurs.
Manohar has a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from the prestigious College of Engineering, Guindy and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta (IIMC).

Badri Narayanan
Senior Research Analyst
Badri Narayanan handles the operational part of the syndicated and customized research assignments on products and services across the verticals of alternative energy and clean technology with respect to opportunities, niche markets, emerging trends and addressing key operational bottlenecks in implementation of new projects.
In his present role Badri contributes to the following key aspects of EAI 's consulting practice
- Evaluating opportunities in the fast growing renewable energy industry.
- Performing market analysis and forecasting.
- Authoring customized business intelligence reports for clients.
- Developing whitepapers and issue based deliverables.
Badri is a GATE rank holder and university topper in his M.Tech post-graduation. He holds certifications in Intellectual Property Rights from Indian Institute of Patent and Trademark Attorney and World Intellectual Property Organization, Geneva, Switzerland.
Hari Manoharan
Research Analyst
Hari Manoharan is a part of the Solar & Wind energy team of EAI. Having worked earlier at BRE (UK), he has over two years experience in the renewable energy industry. He specializes in wind energy.
Hari has done his MSc in Renewable Energy and Environmental Modeling at the University of Dundee, UK.
Vinayak Bhanu Jayapalan
Research Analyst
Vinayak is a part of the EAI Solar & Wind team. With strong skills in both renewable energy industry research and business transactions, Vinayak also handles the client interfacing and business development for EAI.
Vinayak is an alumnus of Dr. MGR University.
Atul Vishwas
Research Analyst
Atul Vishwas is a part of the Solar & Wind energy team of EAI. He is an Associate Member of IET (UK) and has been credited Ramanujam Award for Creativity for his research in piezoelectricity based domestic lighting solutions.
Atul has done his B.Tech from Anna University, Chennai and holds a merit certificate in Green Olympiad from TERI University.

Sumukhi Sreevatsan
Senior Research Analyst
Sumukhi Sreevatsan is a part of the Biomass Power team at EAI. She has extensive research and consultancy experience in biofuels and biomass based power production.
Sumukhi has done her MSc at the University of London.
Bharathi Venkatramani
Research Analyst
Bharathi Ramani is a part of the Waste Management Research team of EAI specializing in value and energy production from diverse waste sources.
Bharathi has done her MSc in Microbiology at the SASTRA University.
Rajasekar
Research Analyst
Rajasekar is a part of Biomass Power team at EAI specializing in biomass-based power using gasification, and in renewable fuels from syngas.
Rajasekar has done his M.Tech at the University of Hyderabad.
Sindhuja Ramakrishnan
Research Analyst
Sindhuja Ramakrishnan is a part of the Biofuels team of EAI. She has research and consultancy experience in the area of second and third generation biofuels.
Sindhuja has done her M.Sc at the University of Leicester.
Sindhuja Ramar
Research Analyst
Sindhuja Ramar is a part of the Biofuels team of EAI. She specializes in the field of second and third generation biofuels.
