Narasimhan (Narsi) Santhanam leads the EAI team in its consulting and research practice.

Narsi has over fifteen years experience in consulting, market research, product management and international sales. He has been involved with the renewable energy for over six years and has been invited to speak at various renewable energy seminars worldwide. He has worked on a number of industry research reports for renewable energy and also regularly contributes articles and insights to publications related to renewable energy in India and worldwide. Manohar Namasivayam has over thirty years experience in a variety of fields related to consumer research, advertising and sales. Visalakshi has over four years experience in the fields of industry and market research. Within renewable energy, she has worked on research assignments related to solar, wind and bio-fuels research. She handles the research reports division at EAI which is responsible for publishing leading industry research reports which are read by an international audience. Srivatsav handles the client and market interaction activities for consulting and research assignments at EAI. Prior to EAI, he has been in client relationship handling roles with varied organizations like ABN AMRO Bank & 3M, for over 10 years. Srivatsav brings the expertise gained at handling a varied corporate & individual clientele to EAI, where he assists our clients end‐to‐end in their efforts in renewable energy. He advises clients on critical aspects in their renewable energy investments and project implementation.

Srivatsav has built up considerable business contacts in the Indian renewable energy sector, with a specialisation on the wind energy sector.

He has a bachelors and a master’s degree in business administration, having graduated in his masters from the Loyola Institute of Business Administration (LIBA).

Dilipan joined us in the consulting division after obtaining his Masters Degree in Renewable Energy & Environmental Modelling from University of Dundee, UK. After his mechanical engineering degree, he worked with Cognizant Technology Solutions (CTS) before proceeding to the UK. His presence on the team gives us domain knowledge into a technology-heavy sector.

Dilipan has a special focus on the Indian solar energy industry (solar PV in particular). He does regular research on the Indian solar PV industry and provides the invaluable research support to our clients keen on understanding this industry with high future potential. His team’s research helps us offer accurate information and unbiased advice to our clients who wish to enter this sector.
