There is a growing awareness about green living and people want to adopt it but i feel the price factor is still a concern...I am a real estate Developer and want to develop a premium residential apartment with 'green factor' but i presume i'll not get the due realization for these green services.....nevertheless, i see a lot of potential in the coming
years...e.g. Paint industry, Glass industry,etc

Absolutely there is no doubt that the conscious level towards Global warming and green initiatives is on the upward trend across the globe.It could be attributed to the serious campaign initiated across the globe on global warming and the impacts being felt even in our day to day life.Who can denythe havoc and the devasting effects of Tsunami ,ever changing unpredictable climate being faced,melting of glaciers and steady increase of sea level.

Apart from the established wind/solar power projects who can deny the intrusion of the following eco-frindly products finding a place in our day to day life :

# Easily degradable carry bags replacing non-degradable polythene bags
# Jute as an accepted fabric inplace of conventional Polyster or Poly-Viscose blend
# Solar water heater as an established appliance in domestic/commercial sector
# Commercial buildings and multiplexes being constructed with a concern towards green intiatives
# Current year Diwali witnessed celebration of Diwali-Festival of Light with Eco Friendly Crackers(EFC)

Its beyond doubt lot of new avenues would also open up and the Awreness level coupled with the policies of concerned nodal agencies would definetly pave way to reap the multi-billion dollar potential emnating thru EC0-FRIENDLY PRODUCTS.
