I have written an article at LinkedIn titled “Get a Life. Get Fit”
This is about how we at EAI stumbled across an interesting way to stay healthy and fit, without having to go out our way on tedious exercises or impossible diets.
In fact, the only five activities I suggest in that article are:
Be Active – Eat Good Stuff – Relax – Drink Water – Dance.
I have a feeling that this could be a useful article for many of you, especially those of you who are over 30 years of age.
