Chennai homebuyers have shown a marked shift in focus towards leading a healthy and sustainable lifestyle, post pandemic, with 86% of the Chennai population considering health, safety, and wellbeing as a priority. The study conducted by Godrej Properties also brought to the fore that 73% of Chennai homebuyers are highly conscious of energy conservation, wastage minimization, and are keen on leading a sustainable lifestyle.
