Impressive – How IISc is professionally supporting India’s deep science startups

Showcased at EAI INCLINE – https://lnkd.in/gZK-B7y

Many engineering/science

colleges and even government research organizations are struggling to commercialize their research – most times, the research effort dies once the PhD or Masters student moves on.

They can take a leaf (and stem and root too) out of what’s happening at IISc. It was inspiring to read how professionally IISc’s Foundation for Science, Innovation and Development, IISc Bangalore is supporting deep science

startups – an excellent combination of vision, leadership and infrastructure.

The Chairman of STEM Cell at SID CS Murali in this detailed interview at YourStory Media to Madanmohan Rao ( https://lnkd.in/g7Sh23W ), tells how deep tech cos and those supporting them need to have a different mindset, approach and transition from concept to commissioning. Truly Impressive.

Many

cleantech innovations are deep innovations too, and I’m hoping that at least some of them benefit from such an excellent facility.

EAI INCLINE wishes IISc SID the very best in their efforts.
