These statements appear to be more at the global level than for India. All the same, interesting.

I read elsewhere that Shell is also investing significantly into Direct Air Capture (DAC) as part of their carbon capture effort. DAC appears to be an expensive, but necessary, investment one has to make if we are to bring atmospheric CO2 to acceptable levels. But as I said, there are many who think this simply cannot be done on scale – and I cannot fault them.
