Our fully automated line produces the high quality EVA film with less shrinkage (<2%) and with ultra high gel content (>90%). It is produced using the best class European materials, efficient and strict process parameters and advanced technology. We are constantly seeking ways to optimize the performance of our existing EVA film, improve their lifetime, and introduce more advanced and competitive grades.
TOPEVA FastCure (TE100FC) is TUV certified next generation Fast Cure EVA encapsulating film with enhanced UV & improved thermal properties. It has very low shrinkage (<2%), strong adhesion to glass (>70 N/cm) and TPT (>45 N/cm), highest light transmission (>92%), excellent gel content (>90%) and outstanding UV yellowing resistance. It is used in on grid and off grid C-Si as well as thin film solar modules.
TOPEVA FastCure (TE100FC) is the first of its kind EVA encapsulant in India, which has been certified by TUV Rheinland for 11 tests. TOPEVAis currently under evaluation with top Indian and global solar module manufacturers.
