A simple innovation by IIT Delhi students for a complex sanitation problem

India throws away 10+ billion (1000+ crores) sanitary napkins every year, and most go to landfill where there will rot for a very long time – they could be rotting even in your grandchildren’s time…

A BIG problem. IIT Delhi students (both men!) have come up with a simple, reusable and effective sanitary pad that needs to be replaced only every 2 years. Kudos!
