At CliDemy – the Climate Academy, based on our studies and research, we had come up with three dimensions on which climate action should happen.

We call it the 3Rs, and well it is 3 different Rs from the one you have heard in the environmental context:

=> 𝐑𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐰 – convert most sourcing of materials & renewables to low carbon & renewables (a large part of what’s happening right now in decarbonization)

=> 𝐑𝐞𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧 – redesign industrial business processes such that they are inherently low carbon & low planet footprint (this is just starting)

=> 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐭 – industries and other stakeholders need a complete reset of what the world of business and commerce and market are all about (not started, not sure when and if this will ever start).

RedBus from Clidemy targets the 2nd R – Redesigning businesses for climate.

This is not easy, but fortunately, there are a number of emerging practices and concepts – across industries – that many businesses can start putting to use.

The RedBus team at Clidemy has started compiling such best practices in business redesign for climate & environment, tailored to specific industries.
