What’s a cow doing in an electric vehicle workshop?

That was what might have struck some of the folks who attended an EV Innovation Workshop organized some weeks back by Chennai Climate Consortium (C3) that I coordinate.

In a room with 100 people, mostly engineers and technology innovators who had just finished listening to multiple presentations from folks in tech, as varied as predictive battery analytics to aviation microturbines for heavy vehicles, Vachana Shetty of Akshayakalpa Organic spoke for about five minutes about cows and milk and soil and farmers.
