=> Democratic governments, while partly driven by the market & vote banks, ???? ?? ????? 3-4 ????? ?????? ? ?????????? ???????? during which time they can apply their own minds and conscience to take and implement decisions.
=> Large investors (some manage trillions of dollars – really!) can on their own sway both government & corporate decisions ???? ?? ??????? ???? ????? ????? ???????
