Johnson Controls India which offers products and services that optimize energy use and improve comfort and security for automobiles, buildings etc, recently conducted a survey on energy efficiency in India and North America. About 94% of Indian and 93 % of North Americans considered making energy efficiency a priority for new constructions and renovations. In addition, in India, 18 per cent of the respondents were investing in energy efficient means compared with only 7 per cent in North America.
