    3. Integration with Existing Clean Energy Infrastructure: NeuVentus will integrate with existing clean energy infrastructure by utilizing renewable energy sources to power the production of clean hydrogen and providing transportation and storage services to adjacent industries like industrial gases.
    4. Experienced Management Team: NeuVentus is led by an experienced management team with more than 60 years of cumulative relevant industry experience, spanning renewable power markets, tax equity financings, and traditional oil and gas infrastructure.
