Green Hydrogen Revolution in Australia – Orica Pioneers

  1. Orica, a major explosives manufacturer, is accelerating two green hydrogen projects in Australia.
  2. The company aims to use green hydrogen as a substitute for natural gas in its production processes to reduce carbon emissions.
  3. This initiative is part of the government’s “hydrogen headstart” program, which seeks to bridge the cost gap between current hydrogen prices and commercial green hydrogen production.
