They had launched it in 2019 and had installed it in some railways stations in Maharashtra & Telangana. It works on the principle of condensation and designed by Maitri Aquatech in collaboration with CSIR- IICT Hyderabad.
I thought this "water from air" thing was currently the sole domain of startups such as Uravu Labs. It is indeed gratifying to know that the government has been collaborating with them, and more interesting, they have been running this for over three years. Wow!
